Our Wax Sticks are perfect for creating elegant seals with your wax stamp. Available in 8 colours, these sticks offer a versatile way to add a personal touch to your gifts. One stick will make approximately 30 seals with a 20mm stamp. The larger red sticks will even yield up to 60 seals.
What is the difference between wax sticks and wax beans?

Stamps made with wax sticks: Soft, shiny and authentic, but fragile unless made thick enough.

Wax Bean Seals: Matte in color and more flexible, ideal to make in advance and attach with double-sided tape or glue.

Dosage: Wax beans are easier to dose, making them more user-friendly.
How do you process the wax sticks? Use a candle and a melting spoon or a large teaspoon. Hold the spoon over the flame until it is very hot. Place the stick on the spoon and let the wax melt. Pour the melted wax on the desired spot and press your wax stamp into it. Let it cool for a while for a perfect print. Do you want a string or ribbon under the seal? Then place this under the baking paper before pouring the wax over it.

Ordered items from stock are usually shipped the same day, for orders placed before 13:00. Edited items may take longer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, the shipping of your goods may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 days cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you so that we can let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, your money will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
